Sticky thread is missing

I want to ask about my lost sticky thread in the Granblue Fantasy forum. which should have been completed on November 25, 2019. but today, my thread is missing in the sticky part of the thread. Is there any problem?

This is my screenshot dated 19 October where I bought a sticky thread to extend the previous active period


and also I attach valid proof of payment on October 19, 2019

I removed it about an hour ago.

You have 3 recurring payments for this sticky, 2 cancelled and one active. We received an alert from Paypal saying the payment was "suspended" after failing to bill twice. So I removed the sticky thread.

The original purchase date is Sept 25 and you have renewed twice, so that's Nov 24. (30 days for each purchase). I added it back and made the expiration date Nov 24th.

No, you don't need to do anything else at this time. On Nov 19th you'll be notified to renew the sticky thread.
