Sticky thread, I screwed up.

Hey there, apologies for the bother. I screwed up royally. I purchased a sticky thread for the Apex Boosting but didn't pay attention when the previous (current active) post will expire and mine will start. I thought it would be immediately be replaced by my purchase then I realized that my thread would be stickied after the 11th of May. While money isn't exactly the issue (even a partial refund would be great), the problem is that I'm away from the 14th of May so my service would technically be unavailable for the whole duration of the sticky (quite the big letdown for both my service and for the potential customers). If a refund or a partial refund would be possible that would be great; apologies again for my screw up :|
