Hello,is it normal that my thread was removed from sticky before its expiration date?

I refunded the Paypal payment yesterday and added a note to the refund to explain what happened.

Someone outbid your sticky thread before your recurring subscription billed, but then it billed anyway. So I refunded the payment and your sticky was unstuck.
