What is the dispute about?
The seller must have submitted a support ticket to steam to recover the account he sold. I got notified about my phone number being removed from steam. When I opened steam, I was already logged out and password has been changed already. I went to attempt to recover the password but the email address has been changed already.
I tried contacting steam but the seller submitted an older proof of purchase, and Steam support told me that he will be the one to gain access of the account as his proof of purchases are stronger and older than what I have.
