Stealing an account

How safe is it to buy an psn- account from a seller who seems to be trustworthy ,at least for the moment.
Is there any chance for him, as the original owner of that account, to get / steal it back, perhaps even after months ?
E-mail address , password and the security question would be changed to my benefit of course.

When buying accounts, you are purchasing information.
Information which the seller will ALWAYS know and be able to abuse. There is always a risk when buying accounts.
Buying from high rep and verified members greatly reduces that risk, so if you are looking for an account that you plan to use as your main for a long time, make sure to buy from someone who is very trusted, and make sure that the account is his (that he is not a reseller).
