3. Payments
a. Payment for modded game accounts is required in full before the account is provided to the customer.
b. Games&Accounts Network accepts payments through [Payment Methods], as specified on our website.
4. Refunds and Returns
a. Games&Accounts Network does not offer refunds for modded game accounts once the purchase is completed.
b. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Games&Accounts Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate the associated game account.
5. Account Bans
a. Games&Accounts Network is not responsible for any actions taken by game developers or platform administrators that may result in the banning of a modded game account.
b. If a purchased account is banned within 7 days of the purchase date, Games&Accounts Network will provide a one-time free replacement account, subject to verification of the ban.
6. Account Usage
a. The customer agrees to use the modded game account in compliance with the terms of service of the respective game and platform.
b. Games&Accounts Network is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the customer's misuse of the modded game account.
7. Termination of Services
