I don't use any. Just I have wifi network and mobile network and sometimes I use my smartphone to check site. Also I use Opera web browser and maybe it's browser vpn issue...

Anything that hides your real IP is not allowed. Opera acts as a proxy and hides your IP, so that's not allowed and the reason the warning was added.
