Recall Protection and Refunds
Please make sure to have all your concerns answered before buying, as refunds cannot be provided once the sale is completed unless the account has been proven to have been recalled out of the buyer's hands.
All accounts have the possibility of being retrieved, recalled, or recovered in general, mainly from OG, the first owner, or anyone who has access to the account's recovery information. Even if you bought it from a trusted seller, it wouldn't make a difference.
In instances of account recall, refunds will be provided, but only if sufficient proof is given. As a legitimate seller, I am happy to provide these methods below to ensure the buyer's safety and peace of mind with a guaranteed refund.
< Disadvantages: You are required to request new device codes from me for each new device.
Note: If you'd like to change your password, please let me know, and I will try to change it for you.

- Option 1 - You let my email stay bound to your account, having full access alone, I will still be providing you with new device codes for your devices.

- Option 2 - You let me link my Twitter or any 3rd party links to your account. If the original owner decides to remove the 3rd party link in the attempt of recall, I won't be able to login to the account anymore using my bound 3rd party link, which proves the account was recalled.
< Disadvantages: The original owner may choose not to remove the link in the process of recall, so a refund is not guaranteed if the link stays.
- Additional Option - Contact hoyoverse support and fill 2-4 forms wrongly to disable account recovery for 90 days, you can do this every 90 days to disable the account from getting recalled.
Resell and Recovery Information Handover Conditions
- If you were to resell the account you bought from me, you must pull out of protection, as I'll have to give away my email or unlink my 3rd party link.
- Same goes for if you want me to hand over the recovery information to you in the account you are purchasing. I cannot provide a refund in any way and offer protection if you wish me to hand it over because you can use it to recall the account yourself to your advantage (This method only works if I have the recovery information for the specific account). By reselling or requesting that I hand over recovery information, you agree to the conditions above.
If you'd like to purchase an account but don't have the ability to pay in one go because of an insufficient budget, Installment Payment Plans and Account + Money are accepted for an easier purchase if I like the account. By choosing to pay in installments, you agree to the following regulations:
- Payment Terms: Initiating a down payment of 30-50% of the account's value is required for buyers and they can then spread the remaining cost over a maximum of 60 days (negotiable and extendable for big whale sales). Exceptions could be made depending on your circumstances. The specific payment schedule will be provided at the time of purchase; you may choose to complete your payments earlier if you are able to, which is highly recommended.
- 3rd Party Links and Top ups: You may not link any 3rd parties to the account until all of the installments are paid. It is recommended to top up after the installment is fully paid because I cannot offer to refund the top ups made to the account if the sale is cancelled by me. Shall you top up, then shall you agree that you won't get any refunds of the top-up whenever the sale is cancelled.
- Interest: The installment payments are not subject to interest.
- Late Payments: When the agreed payment is not paid by the specified due date, the account will be reclaimed, and any prior payments made by the buyer will not be refunded. Please ensure you can pay on time.
- Refunds: All sales made under installment regulations are final. Refunds are not available for installment purchases unless the seller themselves decides to cancel due to a better offer for the account or a crucial reason.
- Account Bans: In the event that a game account is banned during the installment period, I will collaborate with the customer and game publisher to solve the issue as soon as possible. The customer is still accountable for completing the installment payments in accordance with the agreed terms, although there is no guarantee of a resolution. Only in the event of a recall shall the installment be canceled, and a refund will be issued to the buyer following my Recall Protection.
- Account + Money: If I agreed to take your account as part of the payment, the account add will be given a fixed 1.5 dollar value (e.g. 20x5×1.5 = 30$) for my extra efforts of reselling and securing it. You must agree to refund the given value if the account happens to get recalled for compensation. I have the right to refuse any account and solely proceed with money-only deal.
