Unfortunately nothing we've tried seems to have fixed the issue thus far. I even installed two fresh copies of Vbulletin on EpicNPC and another domain to test and the one on the new domain worked, the one here didn't. This suggests it's not a server issue, but something with the vbulletin files or one of the addons at EpicNPC.
Considering I have already disabled all plugins and retested payments as well as installed a fresh copy of VBulletin on this domain with no plugins and neither worked, means it is very unlikely we'll be able to spot the file causing the issue.
That said I will be completely reinstalling the forums from scratch ASAP. I will then have to reinstall every addon, which there are a lot of, one by one and retest payments after each one to see if it was a addon that was causing the problem.
Another major issue I was just made aware today is that VBSEO has shutdown, so I'm unable to download the addon this forum uses for SEO friendly URLs. Changing the URL structure would obviously hurt the forum traffic a great deal so this re-install will not happen until we can create all the URLs through htaccess that are exactly the same as they are now.
Once we have a working htaccess file, I will first uninstall VBSEO to see if perhaps that is the cause. If not, a full reinstall will take place.
Need less to say this will be a lengthy process so downtime will be considerable, I would estimate 5-8 hours depending how things go. If it ends up being the VBSEO is the cause, then it should only be 5-10 mins.
I will try to perform the reinstall Sunday night, but it might get pushed back til Monday. I'll let you know once I know.
