So yesterday was a great day. Weather was excellent, went for a nice drive, strolled through the park. Went to the grocery store and picked up some tasty foods.

Then out of no where, I had the most wretched pain in my stomach.

This is when it started, I began projectile vomiting everywhere. I unfortunately did not make it to the toilet in time, and vomited all over the bathroom walls.

Then, I almost [censored] my pants. I began pooping the most nasty of all diarrhea. This continues on until about 6 am when I finally fell asleep on the bathroom floor.

Tbh it just sounds like a bad case of food poisoning or water , the flu would also cause him fever , shaking trips and what not.

I had a real hard time sleeping. I didn't have the flu though, no fever or any of that mess.

If it was food poisoning I should probably avoid taco bell from now on.

But, after 3 days of feeling weak, not wanting to eat, the worst [censored] I've ever had, I have gotten over it..... I hope

I'll have to look it up. This all started Monday. I have noticed a couple things.

I am fine during the day, meaning I have energy I have slight appetite, and no feeling like I'm going to [censored] my pants.

After 7 or so at night, I start getting pains, kind of like cramps, but no cramps I've ever had. They're not wicked bad, but they do suck.

Physical activity is pretty rough. I played basketball last night and I had a the constant cramp feeling.
