Should I make a warning post about a seller?

I contacted a seller and told him I was interested in purchasing his Hearthstone account. He didn't really want to take the time to address my question and concerns but did answer some of them in a rushed manner. He seemed to get agitated since the transaction didn't move forward right away, since I wanted to take my time to think about it, plus we had to wait until the middleman we agreed to became available. Instead of waiting he simply and abruptly without warning removed me from his skype contact list.

Thinking back about it I'm concerned that this individual could possibly be a scammer but I realize he may simply just be in a rush to get some money and had little patience. Regardless of the reason I'm thinking about making a post of my experience in his thread and telling interested buyers to be careful and to take their time when dealing with him. Would this be against the rules in any way? Should I go ahead and make this post?

No warning needs to be posted because if nothing was exchange there won't be enough info for us to make any decision. Just let me know the username and I'll check his account to see if I can find anything.
