The transaction happened on July 19th, user charged back on July 22nd

Not much more to say, he already has another dispute going on

This user changed his discord name to Betadine#9508
I am relatively sure like I said in other dispute this user has been offline for 3 years I do not know if it is even Shamyang only connection was display name.

True i did not found anything except his name. Paypal name and Paypal email is from Portugal/Brasil and Shamyang last login IP is from US. I already moved another thread on offsite scammers forum.
