What is the dispute about? User offered his account to me. We had a long discussion back and forth about how to make payment. His feedback seemed to match that he works with customers to solve payment problems. When I had sent 1st payment, the user's replies noticeably dropped in activity, but continued to assure me his portion of the transaction. Afterwards, he ended never following up and now won't return replies.
