Still never received anything I paid for

I messaged him to purchase pokeyen and it took a few days or so and when it was ready we did the transaction through Global trade and my account ended up getting banned the next day which is fine since its against the game policy and I was caught. What happened afterwards was he offered to create me a new account with yen and regions completed, so I agreed to purchase one region and 4mil yen once again and he would give me vague updates and continue to push back the completion date. I then got no response for a month and a half when someone on his discord claims to be a coworker saying the seller has been in the hospital and they will try to give me what I paid for. I still didn't receive anything for another few weeks and the seller now responds saying he will give me extra things for the account I paid for and there is only 1mil left to be farmed saying sorry and that his partner that sells with him has been doing a poor job, basically blaming all that's been happening on someone else. Then now its May and I have been asking about my account and he has not responded and I paid about $50 USD total including the first 4mil yen, the price of 1 region and another 4mil yen and Paypal fees. I definitely won't be buying from him and would like to let other people know as well they may get scammed because I'm sure I did.

Their negative Feedback got removed cause i did deliver them. That's the reason why they get removed i clearly see right now i didn't sent u ur data yet. Rashinn is an untrustworthy seller by all accounts. Not only is he sketchy in his dealings in Discord, he is happy to boast about getting a competitor seller banned on the forums. He admitted this to me in Discord, unknowing that I have done deals with his competitor in the past and are fully aware of the situation surrounding his ban.
