Selling Clash of Clans help

I want to sell my clash of clans account, but it is binded to my personal email and i simply cannot just give the info out as there are important apps and information attached to that account, I just can't give it away for personal reasons. I use this google account a lot.

Is this where the linking a new device comes in?
Exactly how would I go about selling this clash of clans while keeping my google account?

Step 1. Make new Google Play account.
Step 2. Download Bluestacks or any other android emulator.
Step 3. Download CoC on your emulator with brand new coc account.
Step 4. Have CoC open on both devices and in setting press link device and on phone press this is OLD DEVICE, and on emulator/bluestacks click THIS IS NEW DEVICE.
Step 5. It's pretty much self explained from there.
