I talk with Paypal on almost a daily basis due to the volume of accounts I gear up and sell/trade etc. I have found a little loophole that enables YOU yes YOU as the legitimate honest, hard-working seller to be COVERED when selling/shipping accounts. Unfortunately Paypal does not cover you for digital products no matter how verified your account is no matter if you're using your big corporate business Paypal account.
The trick is this; You must ship the cd's and cdkey as software, this is the thing here, these cd's and cdkey also contain a "digital download". This is a physical item, physical items can be tracked, verified etc. You charge the person for the cd, cdkeys and the box, shipping etc as the amount the account costs. So you're selling Mr. Smith a level 70 full vengeful warrior for $0, but the box, cdkeys etc. are what costs him $350, the account is part of a digital download. Now since the items are tangible you are covered indefinately under seller protection. Now when you go and ship via post office or w/e and it costs you $10 or $11 even you are now covered and insured so even if the buyer rips you off, you have recourse and are no longer out a bunch of money or an account
