all yall do to scammers is banned them and all they do is ake another account and do it again and when someone is scamed all they can do is get the person banned whoopy doo. They will just make a new account and still have your stuff. So maybe if there were a charge or somthing to sign up there wouldnt be as manny scammers. and not trust worth im talkin about to make a new account

What is stoped? What is cant? I know what stopped is and can't is though.

You don't factor in that they will eventually lose their PayPal accounts, so how do they receive a payment? You can't signup and receive payments without a SSN.

What do you expect the mods to do anyway? What do you expect any industry to do? There are scammers in every market.

also you must realise, if there was a charge, there would be less people in general. And considering the amount of free trading websites out there, there would be only a very few of us here.
