• I had a transaction with Vivisan#8679 selling One Piece Treasure Cruise account for $250.
• The transaction went fine.

---SEPTEMBER 15 2021, PAYPAL PERMANENTLY LIMITED MY ACCOUNT. HOLDING ALL MY MONEY $1600 FOR 180 DAYS. PAYPAL SURELY WILL STEAL ALL THE MONEY BECAUSE GAME ACCOUNTS SELLING/BUYING IS PROHIBITED---

---DECEMBER 2021, I MESSAGED ALL MY BUYERS (AROUND 15 PEOPLE) AND ASKED THEM IF THEY COULD HELP ME REGARDING PAYPAL---

December 19 2021.

• I asked him to help me.
• He's willing to help.

January 3 2022.

• I refunded all the money to buyer.

January 4 2022.

• When people get a refund, PayPal will give them notification if they want to keep the money on their "PayPal balance" or transfer it to their banks, but this Vivisan aka Aitor Vivanco TRANSFERRED THE MONEY TO HIS BANK.
• So he told me to wait for the money to appear on his bank statements.
• I told him the money will arrived on his bank in 1-2 days (max 5 days).
• Buyer told me to wait 30 days, and he gave me the information about the game that I sold to him.

January 10 2022.

• Buyer told me he still hasn't got the money on his bank.

January 25 2022.

• I asked buyer about the money again, because it's been 20 days already and my other buyers (who have hearts and empathy) already refunded the money to me.
• He got mad because I keep asking about the money, and HE THINKS IF HE SENT THE ACCOUNT BACK TO ME THIS ISSUE IS FINISHED.
• He also told me that HE REPORTED ME TO PAYPAL (I don't know when he reported me, if it's after or before my PayPal got permanently limited).

So, I just wanna say that.

1. This Vivisan guy lied about helping me, made fake promise and made me waiting for weeks.
2. The account is 6 months old, and not many things changed with the account (there are now many new and stronger units in the game), there's no way I could make the same money like 6 months ago, even selling it at half price would be hard.
3. He confessed reporting my PayPal. He might be the reason why my PayPals got permanently limited.
4. He's not the first people who scammed me after I refunded my buyers money. Like I said, I had to refund around 15 people after PayPal limited my account. At first, there were 3 people who tried to scam me and doesn't want to send the money back to me, but AFTER I THREATENED THEM, 2 of them send my money back, and 1 still kept the money.
5. Now I only have problem with this Vivisan guy. And actually 1 more people who keeps ignoring my messages (I don't know if he's still alive or not, but my money with him is under $100 so it's not really bugging me).

Vivisan#8679 aka Aitor Vivanco. Don't mess with my money!

Send me the money in full refund ($250) & you can keep the account OR you can send me half of the price ($100) & I can keep the account so I can sell it again.

Do you want me to threaten you like I did to those people who tried to scam me? Believe me, you won't like it. I know your email (and if mods can help me to give other informations about him I'll appreciate it).

I'll forgive you when you do what I say.
