Mulefactorysupplies is a scammer. He deleted all of our conversations but I got some screenshots

he said okay to everything even said he sent the payments while he slowly started deleting the conversations. So I just lost 5000exalts. Thanks for that but please ban this ****er.

Nope this guy is absolutely lying. How did that other account get the code? Does he have an explanation for that? It was only sent to him and he is lying through his teeth now.

Why are we even entertaining his bullshit? It's blatantly clear he just made a fake conversation and uploaded it here.

If this is how he disputes a case he can do the same thing to ANYONE and every case. You don't even need a defence, you can just say OH IT WAS SOMEONE ELSE. YET HOW DID THEY GET A 7 DIGIT VERIFICATION CODE SENT ONLY TO YOU.

THERE IS ONLY ONE EXPLANATION: He messaged me. Verified the code. Scammed me and is now relying on some small **** trades he made to build rep to get away with the scam of his life.

i witnessed the incident, can vouch for screampie, watched the exalts leave his hands and never returning again (was writing on discord with him at the moment). also he got invited skype code from forum also used code to double check it was the right account.

Also please not this guy is playing 3D chess where he makes his own fake id's and communicates with people. I insisted on using the main chat BECAUSE here you go. This dogshit also runs his own fake ID's. I have proof of both, apparently he's too stupid to delete those messages lmao

Edit: I will even liveshare the the conversation with any mod here if needed to verify that I have not photoshopped this. Regardless, the code he sent me is all the proof you need to book this trash.

what do you mean? Please check properly I posted two images. The second one is proof that he is running his own fake id's as well. It is just supporting evidence to solidify my case on how thorough I was in establishing identity.

One is live:mulefactorysupply the other is live.cid(and so on). The live makes a difference in which account is being added.

Ah okay I get it, so his claim is he leaked my code to someone without verifying their identity. EVEN IF THAT IS TRUE HE IS STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT HAPPENED. As the supplier he is much more responsible to ensure confidential information is not shared out. Since he leaked the information, he is 100% responsible. I would never have traded anyone who did not give me my correct code. In any case it's painfully obvious that he is lying through his teeth.

Codes are not confidential information. And so far no evidence has proved anyone is the scammer yet.

Here is a summary of what has happened,

Screampie messages mulefactory on-site.
Mulefactory tells Screampie to reach out on skype. Skype ID (Mulefactorysupply)
Screampie adds (live:Mulefactorysupply)
Seems you discuss the deal on skype then you state you will send a code.
At the same time mulefactorysupply has someone messaging him about sending the code and he replies with the code to him (scammer)
Scammer then messages the code to screampie.
Screampie sends ex to scammer.
Dispute opened.

So you are apportioning 100% of the blame to me, when he admits to having shared the codes.

If you want to apportion blame, please realize while I made all attempts to verify his identity within reason, HE MADE 0 attempts to verify my identity before sharing the code. Why is a reputed seller so **** at just confirming my ID first the same way I attempted to confirm his. In epic chat WHY DID HE NOT CONFIRM MY ID BEFORE SENDING THE CODE. Is he so braindead that he cannot be held to the same standard that you are holding me to?

I understand that as a moderator you need to be impartial but your summary has a huge hole in it where the seller DID NOT VERIFY MY IDENTITY AT ALL AND SHARED IT WITH THE FIRST BUMFUCK WHO MESSAGED HIM. How did he know that guy was me? Is this what a an experienced seller would do? NEVER. HE is lying. He bears a greater responsibility in this issue than I do. Certainly why would you even provide a verified tag to someone who has trade practices WORSE THAN AN AMATEUR like myself?

TLDR NOTE: AT NO TIME HAS THE EXPERIENCED SELLER MADE ANY ATTEMPT TO VERIFY MY SKYPE ID BEFORE LEAKING MY CODE THE SAME WAY I AM BEING EXPECTED TO IN AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE I AM THE ROOKIE (skype). HE HAS ALSO ADMITTED TO LEAKING THE CODES.

CODES are 100% reliable mr moderator. The code is the single linchpin that is holding my case together. It is not unreliable and you cannot dismiss this case without assigning responsibility and directing compensation to me for the sellers actions and role in the matter resulting in my loss.

Further note even as you said I did not lead me out of the epicnpc environment. The seller intentionally led me out to an area where I could potentially be confused and be misled. If indeed he is a verified seller here, why did he move the conversation out of the site?

I even admit unfamiliarity with skype. THIS SELLER IS DELIBERATELY LEADING ME TO A PLACE WHERE I HAVE LITTLE EXPERIENCE. THAT IS THE SINGULAR REASON WE NEEDED TO USE A CODE OR VERIFICATION, BECAUSE HE LED ME OUT. Why would he do that when he should know much better than me that it is recommended to trade within the site.

The most painfully obvious reason is to scam without liability. Except this time he ****ed with the wrong guy.

There are so many flaws in his practices that leave customers open to being scammed or as he thinks to scam others that I myself would throw him out of any job he is hired to do.

a. seller led the customer out of the epicnpc environment.
b. seller owns the false accounts and sends screenshot
c. seller scams me

OR

2. Assuming the seller is speaking the truth

a. Seller led the customer out of the epicnpc environment.
b. seller receives code from the customer within the epicnpc environment given to HIM ONLY to verify his identity
c. Seller does not verify the skype unique id of the customer by asking the customer for their unique id within the epicnpc environment
d. Seller leaks the code to the first random UNVERIFIED person who messaged him leading to his customer getting scammed

In either case the seller is to blame

This is a common scam scream. You did not verify you had the right skype properly and messages codes is a horrible unsafe measure. You should always message someone on here saying what discord or skype you are speaking to them from. No need for codes and make them reply what Skype/discord they are speaking to you on.
Skype has some poor security where it will let you add people who are not exactly what you typed it

not placing blame just explaining how to be safe. Imposters for Currency Is big scam area. Because its not like an account that can be recalled and it will be resold instantly

I maintain that it is mulefactorysupplies blame for not verifying who he was sending my secret code to. His carelessness cost me 5000exalts, I do not believe his story in the slightest anyway. It is very convenient for him to lead me off the main forum in the first place.
