This guy didn’t wanna do trade gaurdian, told me to go to his instagram “onlybanned” then we video chat and he showed me the account and told me to PayPal him half first and he’ll send info. Sent him $150.00 then messaged me a couple more times and video chat and next think I know he blocked me. I attached screenshots.

Unfortunately there is nobody here with that account information and there is nothing tying this to the person you're accusing.
