Here are my proofs

Same Country
The Discord unique ID # 458901881863798784 is the same with this thread he posted https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/eu-ar46-childe-klee-zhongli-jean-diluc-harp-and-lost-prayer.1942427/ , he used discord nitro to change the # but the unique ID # will always remain if u use discord look up

Scroll down and you can see the unique ID Number , the long ass #
They all matched

Also another reason why they are the same person , basically another thread was opened for him , just in the wrong section

Same Country as well... and just read the thread above , u can see he is using 2 discord , 1 to chat the victim and redirect to the other account he is using
