Scammer for NA LOL Account

This guy scammed me and blocked me off discord.
Yet this guy is a EpicNPC certified and "has" good feedback."
Can someone from staff please help me on this problem?
I have evidence of him not paying and said he would pay.

Please contact members directly on our website. Most likely that's a scammer impersonating one of our members.

I do not know who you were talking to on Discord as your images do not show the discord username, only display name, which can be changed to anything.
