What is the dispute about?
So i bought account from this guy ( his previous name was Soul Empty )on 13.09.2021.After playing for like 5 days the account was banned for a year, so i wrote to him whats going on, cause i won like 80% of the games so it wasnt from reports or anything.He said theres no refunds etc and after i said i will write a topic on epicnpc about the sittuation he blocked the acccess to the account's email.After that he agreed to unlock the email for me if i dont post anything.I accepted to that terms.
Now after a year when this account was going to be unlocked i went in to check all the info and when i wanted to play the ranked i saw theres no phone number, so i went into email to add the number.But the email password was changed again.He deleted his old discord ( also the other ones he created ) so it was hard to find him but eventually i managed to find all his socials ( twitch vk discord yt ) and contacted him about the matter.He responded that he didnt change the email and he will contact me with the people who sold him the account.One hour after that conversation i was already blocked on his new discord.Now he not only changed the email password but also changed the account password so i dont have access to it anymore.

There is another guy with the name kayjp27 who bought acc from him and got the email recalled

Most account recalls have little proof. To get more evidence, please open a support ticket to attempt to recover the account BEFORE opening a dispute thread.
Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled?
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.
