Scammer alert, using 3 accounts from different devices

Hello, doing this so people won't get scammed, i recently contacted this guy https://www.epicnpc.com/members/coolfatguy1.963927/ to buy coins from him, after speaking with him , i found it very suspicious, so i started my little investigation, i found out that he was using 3 accounts on Epicnpc from different devices of course, one of them scammed this poor guy https://www.epicnpc.com/members/madsmw.388034/ on this thread : https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/warmane-accounts.1446054/ and probly the guy didnt know how to open a dispute against him, here is my conclusion with some screenshots :
