Describe the problem: Recovered the account less than 12 hours after the transaction occurred. I received an email this morning stating that the Steam account was self-locked and that my phone number has already been removed. Trade guardian was used but when reported it said that is was unable to do anything because the transaction was 'canceled' for some reason.
