What is the dispute about? Seller took money for a Steam Wallet code and ran.
Other details / notes:
He was selling a $100 Steam Wallet code for $75 USD. We agreed to half first, then code, then other half. I sent via G&S because he used a recently made account and has zero feedback. They refunded the amount claiming that the hold on the funds was too long. They then asked me to send $25 F&F first for the code and the rest after. I knew this was too good to be true and sent it via G&S again anyway. They believed it was sent via F&F and blocked me after saying stand by for the code. I reached out via Paypal's dispute chat and was blocked there as well. Proof below.
