What is the dispute about? Seller sold me an account which is binded to his personal account to which I had paid in full. He promised that the personal account would be unlinked and linked again into the dummy gmail account that I provided him. However, this has been going on for a week and when I inquired him about it today, he ghosted me and directly changed the password of the account. Completely locking me out of the game and now refused to my attempts of communication. He has not refunded me the money as well that he promised if should the account failed to be unlinked.
Other details / notes: He doesn't respond to any of my messages and he won't add me to discord.

N/A the marvel snap support team required the receipt of first purchase and owner's personal address information which I don't have. So it is impossible for me to reclaim the account. You can even see on the screenshots he encourages me not to really engage with the support at all.
