Scammed by GetYourSmurf (Impersonator)

Hi, this afternoon i asked this user to add me on Discord for his RP gifting center offer( https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/riot-points-store►-1000-rp►-3€-3-5-►-na-euw-eune.776183/ ). Everything was going fine, i told him to add me in LoL and i asked his paypal after telling him the amount of RP i wanted, i looked him up and noticed that he had positive feedback so i proceed with the payment. Right after confirming the payment he started ignoring me, he didn't add me in LoL and after an hour he blocked me on discord.
Here is the conversation we had before he blocked me:

just to say, the discord message is white and not red like it should be when you are blocked / not in friendlist

and in my discord community and friendlist, ive seen a few people complaining about that since the last update, that basically discord give you the clyde message and dont send your message while you have the person in your friendlist / not blocked
