No, it is redundant, blizzard dosnt send out confirmation e-mails, all it says is to go to a certain tab on the world of warcraft site and approve the transaction, i dont see anything telling me to authenticate the transfer, and/or enter a damn code

if you didnt get a notification email it means he changed the email on the account to his email, confirmation emails are sent to all the current email listed on the account before the final transfer is allowed.

Highly unlikely, this happened on a sunday, yesterday. NO WAY could he have changed it, anyway, all the confirmation e-mail says is this..
