Received this email address change on 4 am 02/13/2023. Obviously the seller has recovered the account through Blizzard as I found out this account is real ID enabled.

Yes I am. However due to the buyer filing an unauthorized case with PayPal I will not be assisting in recovering the account.

I did file an unauthorized case with Paypal after find out the email of the Battle.net account has been changed and lost access. However, the seller still has the $200 as the transfer was done through friends and family. Paypal cannot resolve the problem.

If he was the original owner of the account he would not have to help you “recover it” beware of scammers. If the price is too good to be true then it most likely is!

It can be difficult to understand why seller choose to engage in dishonest or unethical behavior, especially when it causes harm to others. I purchased the diablo immortal game account in good faith through EpicNPC and thus send payment through Paypal Friends and family. For your reference, payments sent through the PayPal Friends and Family option can not be reversed or refunded.
