Approximate value of property: the account was 100$ we negotiated 70 and agreed on 50% first then 50% when the account email was changed.

What is the dispute about?
Account price was 100$, we negotiated 70$ and agreed ton send 50% first 50% when email changed cuz sumi chan account was new with no record on it.
I sent the person 35$ then asked for the account. Sumi chan started to say that "her mom" wasn't thrusting me and she want full price before.
I refused and after more suspicious talk i asked for refund
She refused saying "she can't", because she "need the money" (proof in screenshots below.)
In the end, no account on my side, the person didn't refund me my money no matter how much i asked her to.
