What is the dispute about? Scam never received the account make the payment
Other details / notes: We start talking on EpicNPC via chat them moved to discord, where I used Wise to make a payment for the account since this person live on germany and paypal wasnt give me a option to make the payment.
After make the payment for around 1540 us that was 1300 euros for this person he told me cant give me the account just bought because is link to is personal email, he said was trying to change the email or find the way to do so but is been around 1 week already dont get the account details get.Around two days ago I ask him to give me a refund and he never respond.
