Other information: I'm sure he's scammed a lot of people, he said he had vouches so I stupidly sent him the money first through pay pal fnf.

What is the dispute about? I bought an "account" from him then he blocked me after I tried to login and all the info was wrong.
Other details / notes: Even if I can't get my money back, it would be good just to see him banned so he can't scam anyone else this website is better off without leeches to society like this.
