Requesting Admin Assistance: Manual Review for International Student (Ticket #

Hi Admin,

I am a Chinese international student currently studying at the Silesian University of Technology (Polsal) in Poland. I am seeking assistance with my seller verification, which was rejected due to a country mismatch between my ID (China) and my phone number (+48 Poland).

I previously opened a support ticket (#233753), but the agent stated that manual verification is not possible. However, as an international student, I cannot change my citizenship or my legal residency here in Poland.

I have the following documents ready for a
secure manual review:

Chinese Passport.

Polish Student ID (Legitymacja).

Polish Student Visa.

Official PESEL Document

Since this is a public forum, I have not attached my documents here for privacy reasons. Could an Administrator please provide a secure way or a private thread where I can submit these for review?

We required all data to match. ID, phone and payment data. You cannot verify a phone number from Poland and submit a China passport. This will always be rejected.

Due to new China laws in 2025, we cannot verify a phone number from China. This means we do not support users from China as they cannot become verified here.

I believe this was already told to you in your previous support ticket. To become verified, you will have to obtain a ID card from Poland. A student visa is not acceptable ID. I'm sorry.
