Hello,

My advertisement was deleted from the Sticky Thread because it was flagged for including a catalog link. I’m currently unable to run any ads. Could you please help restore it?
Previously, I had set up automatic payments for a Limbus Company advertisement, but it was removed midway, and the ad was not running. It’s difficult to check manually every day, so I’d appreciate it if the system could be improved.

Have a great day!

You can go to your "My Sticky Threads" page and restore the thread from there. Click the red icon.

Thanks for your reply.

I noticed that for the ads listed under the “Recently Expired Sticky Threads” section, the Restore button is available and clickable.

However, for the ad that is currently still in the Sticky Thread section, the Restore button is grayed out and cannot be clicked.

Also, my ad is not showing up under Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond.

It should be able to run 4 sticky ads, but only 3 are currently showing — mine is missing.

I see it there. Maybe there was some sort of delay with the start time. Sorry about that.

Yes, the option cannot be removed for active sticky threads. You will have to wait for it to expire first, then restore it.

When this option is enabled, it means the sticky thread is breaking rules.

Current process
------------------------------
Active Sticky (breaks rules)
Sticky Expires
User can restore thread (remove the "my thread breaks rules" option)
User is notified to Edit thread so it does not break any rules
Thread is restored, no rules are broken.

Suggested process
------------------------------
Active Sticky (breaks rules)
User removes the "my thread breaks rules" option, but does not fix the thread since it's actively sticked and is allowed to break some minor rules
Sticky expires
Thread is breaking rules, but is no longer sticked.
Mods issue warnings to user for breaking rules

We do not want the second scenario to occur. This is why it can't be changed while the sticky is active.

Thank you for the kind explanation. Have a great weekend!
