Request for false negative feedback remove

Hello EpicNPC, @dawezlord ordered a boost from me on 27th february, i have started it then he asked to not play 3 days on his account which i did. Then he writes me after he got his account stolen so he wants a refund for remaining mmr. I told him I can refund with money or I can give you an account for 10+-$ and he chose second choice, I told him I don't have any account available atm so we need to wait few days, he said okay. Today he writes me he want to put that remaining money for mmr in boost not in an account , I tell him perfect! He asks me in how long can you start... ive started another game at that time and was afk for an hour after what he gave me a false feedback. Now he's ignoring me i made a full refund on paypal for whole boost!
Hes not answering anywhere so please remove a false feedback cause I dont deserve it, I work super hard every day on this website and appreciate everything it gave me! I can send some skype proofs below!

Can you just remove it completly? what did i do to have another neutral feedback, if the client wants it to be removed Its a bit illogical i have a good rep on this website i didn't do anything for neutral feedback. Hope you can just remove it completly otherwise its super unfair for your workers...

The first time i got neutral feedback a client just missunderstood and said to remove it or make it 5 stars, u still put it neutral even tho he ordered 7 more times after that false feedback but i still have it in my neutrals... why is it not possible to delete a feedback completly if the client's up to it and he wants a feedback removed not changed to neutral.

These are my past 2 days feedback, I never have any problems with cusotmer service or whatever and over 100+ feedback please I shouldn't get this neutral feedback. Sorry for being annoying but this is lifechanging feedback
