Ive made over 100 orders and id say 90% of them I used the same method, I can provide every transaction proof of accounts I have lvled using the same method

we even piloted most of the orders and I contacted most of them and not a single one of them have gotten warned using my services, including my own accounts/boosting team which have over 500+ hours using the reset method

the customer says that he thinks its 100% from me and wont cooperate and send me a screenshot of the warning he got, then accused me for using scripts? even thou he bought boosts from multiple sellers before and after my boost who probably still used the nightmare dungeon reset and If I did admit to using script why would you ever buy my service?

The exploit he is talking about is being used by streamers live and ppl are making videos about it and the biggest diablo 4 discord server have ppl advertising boosting in it while having blizz employees there and none of them said anything about it so I find it hard to believe my boost got him warned,

I have never seen blizzard give warnings individually instead of bans if they deemed someone is abusing an exploit, the only warning blizzard ever did was the cellar reset exploit and they fixed it same day and they warned people by posting it in their socials saying that it was not intended and not by email

Want to add more info Ive searched the entire day about people who got warned or banned for nightmare resets and not a single confirmed warn/ban have showed up in Blizzard diablo 4 forums / reddit / discord / youtube, only people who got banned were using macro and trading a lot of gold/items and they got instant banned and not warned, The order I made for him was selfplay so there was noway I could have harmed him with the "scripts" he is accusing me off

So for him to say he got warned by doing the nightmare dungeon reset is very unlikely as it would have banned him instead of being warned.

1st off using a nightmare key and resetting it without using the key is indeed a exploit, yes streamers do this all the time, and is it wrong yes it is however they are more relaxed on the streamers as they bring in money for the game. However streamers accounts do get banned and hit also. Normal dungeons strongholds etc all have reset and able to be reset yes that is fine. However using a magic find level 47 nightmare dungeon key for champ demise over and over and over again by using the exploit of transferring party lead and leaving to redo it is against ToS.

Then you have also stated you and your team are using bots to TP to town to sell and TP back to dungeon without having to do things.

Then you boost for awhile on the characters you did, then sell them and get different accounts. This was through discord this was mentioned and well I am not bringing discord chat into this.

So I have handled everything with blizzard on my end, and found out the full reason, this has been giving to admin to take a look at it as no need for back and forth through a thread.

Resetting the nightmare key to use the same one with magic find , which in fact blizzard took magic find out of the keys to be rolled is indeed an exploit

Using a bot to automatically do things within the game is a hack/ script cheat which you admitted to using.

Your actions of how you did things was not explained not clear on how you did it and was not disclosed that you used scripts hacks and cheats before services were started.

I appreciate that you will remove the review/feedback but I still want to make it clear, and you can show my discord msgs I dont mind

1- We did not do it on magic find, as we did not get warned or other customers that used the same map

2- I did not use scripts or bots like you said I did mention it and I will provide a screenshot, like I said before Its a useless bot thats why we scraped it as its very useless in a game like diablo 4, also we did not bank through ours runs while boosting you as we are all level 100 characters fully maxed out so there would be no reason for us to even bank between to ensure the speed of your boost like you mentioned it was done very fast

3- Also like I said before there was not a single confirmed ban because of the resetting, but they did indeed remove magic find from nightmare dungeons because of this bug, but we have never used any MF maps because like u said they did get removed

4- I dont get the correlation between selling my accounts and your boost, as its something personal, the account I have sold has traded over 1b+ in gold and also has not gotten warned or banned like I said blizzard 99% of the time either does automated bans or instant bans thats why I asked you in DMs to send me a screenshot of the warning message you got so I can send it to my customers and double check

I wont delete any of my discord messages and you have my full permission to post anything of out the conversation there but I doubt anything there could help as you're listing irrelevant stuff that we talked about in chat that does not affect your account

I see that the feedback was changed to neutral, I believe this is a fair compromise. Technically we wouldn't review this dispute as TG wasn't used.
