Reason: Wait time on an account purchase
He payed me in 4am in the morning , at that time the guy who was providing me the wow char was sleeping ( im a reseller ) , next day i need to atend to an event ( a friends birthday ) had no clue that my phone was dead so i couldnt comunicate with the suplier or the client, reason why the wait time got bigger with few hours then should be.
At evening i refunded my client on his demand , after he gaved me negative reputation. In the end he redo the payment at the time when my suplier was ready so the deal been succesful after all.
