He contacted me for wow gold on Frostmourne US - A

I thought it s horde at first and then he paid quickly

and then i told him my guy is afk and asked him if it s ok and he said np

i know we delivered it later than he thought .

now we delivered him gold then rated me negative

i dont think negative is fair to me

hopefully it can be removed since it didnt happen for scam

if not i think neutral is ok for me

i know it s late to deliver him gold so when my guy is back and then contacted him quickly and asked for character .i worried about he is afk so i tried to call him to remind him

I read his feedback, but I don't see any reason to remove it. It seems accurate and customers are allowed to give feedback depending on their experience. If you're promising instant delivery or 1 hour as the chat shows and it takes 4 hrs, then that's false advertising and a buyer is allowed to post that as feedback.

My suggestion would be to contact the buyer and work something out to either get it removed or have him agree to change it to neutral, but I can't remove it just because you don't like it since it's accurate.
