Remove negative feedback

This "_sabby_" has given me negative feedback, since he wasn't smart enough to notice the difference between a capital letter I, and a lower case L, so he thinks I scammed him.

Second day in a row I have to deal with him and his friends, and both times I proved they should have applied a little more of their brain, which I feel like might be hard for these people.

This time, Sabby gave me bad feedback and told me to "kys"

Can we remove this feedback, and give this guy more than a slap on the wrist?

It's reaching the point of harrassment.

#1 - You spoke to someone called ltto (L was lower case, which made it look like my name for people who are not so bright)
#2 - You got scammed because you're not so bright
#3 - Your friend already tried to pull this attempt, got rolled and acknowledged his mistake, so I'm guessing he's a little bit smarter than you
#4 - Please ban this guy and remove the feedback, please.
