the guy gave me negative feedback even he didn't buy my account

At that time, I banned his ip address on my store but somehow he came back to my store

And request a refund as soon as he bought my product

But i gave him a refund. I don't want to get into mudfight

I bought a Dragalia jackpot account from his store as you can see. I had troubles logging in, so i decided to send him a PM and ask him help but he blocked me on Discord.

He refused to help me and sent me a refund without asking first. I don't want to remove my negative feedback

And, to be honest @EpicNPC CM i should be the one with the feedback removed. As you can see he blocked me for no reason and sent me a refund without helping me getting into the account

Feedback can be changed to neutral since account was purchased & refund was issued, and no unfortunately there isn't anyway to block. You can report any inthread comments and they will be removed.
