He got supended for account boosting. Unfortunately there will always be that risk for stuff like boosting. Maybe he bought boosting in different places and blizzard followed

Before buying the boost he accepted the terms, I wrote on the sales page (I will not be responsible for banned by account boosting )

Here's an update for you, Account ws permantly banned from this boost. User clearly doesn't use any of sort of protection for accounts. They triggered automatic ban system and then gets account banned.

Also "If you get banned during boosting, your payment will be refunded in full."

Can you provide email from blizzard?
Normally, you can still login to blizzard.com while being suspended

Yes, it's a risk. Negative feedback can remain. A warranty does not provide immunity to feedback.

Feedback can be changed to neutral if a full refund is issued.

Closing in 24 hrs if there's no further replies.
