Remove negative feedback

Hello! I want to remove the negative review that one person left July 15, 2018. I sold the account to a person, after he sent me money to Paypal, I gave him the data from the account in the game and left a positive review on the site. He withdrawn the money to Paypal and immediately changed all the data from the account. Here are screenshots from Skype

And the second one negative Jan 6, 2019. Buyer name Cruentinlol. He bought gold from me 23 dece,ber 2018 and left positive feedback. All good. But 6 Jan 2019, he bought some gold but he refund money back on paypal

No evidence gold was delivered for Jan 6. Request is also denied.

Feedback is more than 30 days old, so you are required to post clear evidence the feeback is 100% false. If you can't it will not be removed. Please dispute feedback faster in the future.
