I was approached by this person and ordered a service of increasing 2900-3600 (boost overwatch) ! gave him a good discount !
I received the payment and started to execute the order, during the work he used the account several times, which led to the disconnection of the connection and the loss of the match and the deduction of pts. he changed his password and did not contact. a week later he wrote to me and demanded compensation (raise to 3800). I have made return in the form of a gift (money) and later some time he has used function of return of PayPal
