Remove false feedback

Requesting to remove the false feedback below. THERE WAS NO SALE. This user is banned so I'm not sure if you can get in contact with them. I stopped responding to him because he was asking obscure questions and could easily tell that he was trying to obtain the account information before paying. It was clear that he wasn't interested in paying and was just trying to get the account info and run. He was probably mad that I blocked him and left me two fake reviews. There was no sale, can these please be removed? I don't want a banned user who is clearly a scammer to have an impact on my future transactions here.

Sorry I'm not sure I understand, is this not a dispute thread? I'm not sure what proof you would like me to submit? There was no sale and I have this person blocked on discord where the discussion took place. What would you like me to do? Do I just need to make a new account because of one false feedback?
