Hello, I made a payment of mm and the buyer accepted and it never appeared again. They gave me money in my wallet and I put in to make the refund when it arrives and where?

Once a refund request has been made, it can take up to 24 hrs to issue. Once issued, it normally takes 2-3 days to receive back.
