They were very helpful and always professional. He helped me become very strong. I was at about 10mil CP, and now I'm at 20mil CP from all of the help that they've done. My only issue is that sometimes I don't get a timely response. However, the overall service has been great.

I had enough success running with this person BM, so I thought I would get a badge + emblem service.

My character got a lot stronger to the point that these bosses could be performed without requiring service, but Diamond's service team kept their promise and continued providing me service until I dropped badge and emblem. After months of bad drops, Diamond stayed true to the agreement and provided service until the end. I am happy with both items now in my hands.

Be careful with these types of agreements, not all sellers are trustworthy enough to follow through on a "run until item drops" service. However, I took a chance on Diamond's team and they delivered successfully after ~3 months of no drops.

He might still has some family emergency issue which is 100% understandable, I don't want to rush him and I really don't care about the money that I paid, it's not much anyways.

The only problem with this seller is how he's always late on time.
