Re: Country wide proxy and its affect on my posting here
Greetings, I'm new to the community and was just wondering about one issue I may have, before I get started with the site and end up getting banned.
One of the Official EpicNPC Forum Rules stipulates as follows "The use of proxies, virtual private networks (VPN) and other IP anonymity usages are NOT allowed on the forums. Use of them is cause for account closure."
Now I'm posting from a middle eastern country that runs all of its web content through its own proxy in order to filter out content it deems morally inappropriate i.e. religious discussions, porn/ nudity, issues of sexual orientation, anything critical of the country or ruling body.
So now my question to the moderators and administration, is can I use this website given the above disclosure without having to worry about my account getting banned?
