Rank Icons Reordered

Minor updates with ranks. We changed the order in the member profile area so it's not so random. The new rank order is this.

Admin - SMod - Local Mod - Trusted - Pro Seller - MM - Verified - Epic Premium - Epic member - TWV - Former Mod - Authenticator - Banned

Banned should be first, isn't ?

Banned members have a dash though their username and also the ban reason display, so I don't think it really makes a big difference showing that icon first or last. It's pretty clear either way they're banned.

Yeah, I think you're right about that.

We'll make another update for it soon. It takes the system a long time to reorder that ranks, so we'll do it early in the morning when there's less traffic.
