Quick question regarding paypal and scams

Hi. I'm trying to sell an account and would like to clarify something.

If someone sends me a payment to my paypal email, and I transfer those funds from paypal to my bank account (which takes 3-4 days), can the buyer then claim a refund saying that he did not receive the item? Or is paypal to refund his money from my bank account?

Thanks in advance

if you lose a claim paypal will put your account into negative, possibly freeze it calling you a scammer, and tell you that you now owe them this amount

at least you will have the money in your bank account and you'll be able to use it

but paypal will do nasty things to your account - they do not like accounts being in negative balance and if you ever get funds via paypal ever again it will simply bring it closer to zero not add funds

sva is correct. to be safe, always keep less than 10 dollar in your paypal account and the rest in your bank. that way, if something does go wrong and paypal does not go in your favor, you can still have the money and not a locked / frozen paypal number on the screen : )
